At P & C Stadium, Syracuse New York- May 25, 2001
The Texas Longhorns showed why they were the number one seed in the NCBA
World Series, defeating Ohio State 6-2. Texas banged out 10 hits while
never stranding more than one runner in a single inning. The Buckeyes had 8
hits of there own, but managed to leave 8 runners on base, including the
bases loaded in the second. Offensively, the Bucks were lead by Paul
Kollman and Thad Bzomowski, who contributed 2 hits each.
