Ohio State 2 Central Michigan 3
At Central Michigan - April 28, 2001

Todd Szalka's two-run blast in the bottom of the second helped Central
Michigan manage a split of the Saturday doubleheader with a 3-2 win over
OSU. The Buckeye offense could muster only 5 hits off CMU starter Lambert.
Paul Kollman pitched well once again, but could not get the necessary
run-support in dropping his first decision of the 2001 campaign. OSU also
fell victim to three Chippewa double plays, ruining potential rallies in
each case.
