Ohio State 10 University of Dayton 0
At Dayton – Dayton, OH – April 12, 2003
Riding a hot top-half of the order, the OSU Club Baseball Buckeyes started the weekend in fine fashion, posting a 10-0 win over the host Dayton Flyers. The top four in Ohio State’s order – seniors Bryan Jewell and All-American Mark Loudon-Brown and juniors All-American Jon Likavec and Jason Goodman – scored all ten of the team’s runs, while Goodman alone had five RBI, two doubles, and two stolen bases.
On the hill, senior All-American Dan Dietrich tossed all five, allowing just two hits and one walk while striking out seven and running his scoreless innings streak to fifteen.
