Colorado State 8 Ohio State 6

At Hobbs Field - Pueblo, CO - May 25th, 2002

The season came to a saddening close for the OSU Club Baseball team, as they
dropped a tough 8-6 decision at the hands of Colorado State.  The Bucks held
a 6-4 lead with only four outs to go, but they could not stop the CSU Rams,
who posted four runs in the bottom of the sixth.  Freshman EJ Strittmatter
pitched admirabley in five innings of work and sophomore Jason Goodman
launched his second home run of the season.

The 2002 campaign was the most successful in Ohio State's club baseball
history, as they notched a club best 19-3(15-1) mark, won their second
straight Great Lakes Conference crown, and finished third nationally.
