Kevin Clark scored the game winning run for Bowling Green
in the bottom of the seventh on a very questionable call after
a ground ball by Albertini to third. The home plate umpire
ruled that Matt Holz's throw from third pulled Buckeye first
baseman Josh Holtsberry off the bag, allowing the winning run
to score. The win negated another exciting comeback by the Bucks.
Chris Held walked with the bases loaded to score Ryan Noward
to tie the game in the top half of the seventh. Mike McDonough
was three for four with two runs batted in for Ohio State
